As we all know, February is Black History Month. And Jordan Brand is kicking off Black History Month with the release of a special Air Jordan 1 Flyknit.

The “Black History Month” Air Jordan 1 Flyknit has a mostly black upper with green and red on the heel and toe box. When looking at the detailing of this sneaker, you can see touches of red on the green flyknit of the heel and touches of green in the red flyknit of the toe box. Another special feature of this sneaker is the tri color outsole and a Pan-American flag with a gold Nike Air stamp on the tongue label. Capping this shoe off is the date “11-22-2016” on the inner inner which represents when Michael Jordan received the Presidential Medal of Freedom Barack Obama.

The “Black History Month” Air Jordan 1 Flyknit will release February 1st at select Jordan Brand retailers like . Check out photos below and be sure to keep up with Da Jay Way for more news on other Air Jordan releases to come.
